Trust Property Network is a Turkish and English owned company with an English and Turkish Speaking sales team. Due to our local knowledge, we can source the best properties and ensure that the buying process is completed smoothly. We also have offices in the UK where you can speak to an adviser who has extensive knowledge of the area and the property market and who can help with arrangements for a viewing visit.

Trust Property Network is is based in the famous coastal town of Yalikavak  and Turgutreis on the shore of the Aegean Sea. We sell and rent all types of properties and land for our clients, from one bedroom apartments to luxury villas and we Cover the whole of the Bodrum Peninsula including Bodrum itself, Yalikavak, Bitez, Gumusluk, Gundogan and Turgutreis. Through our contacts with carefully selected local builders and developers, we have built up a wide selection of  Quality properties at affordable prices. We only handle those properties that we Feel are of the highest construction quality and that offer good value for Money And long term investment or rental potential.

Through our Turkish directors, we are also  able to source pre-owned apartments and villas that would not normally come on to the open market. These properties can offer very good value for money, with Prices starting from as little as £ 30.000 for a villa, and allow our clients to gain a foothold on the emerging Turkish property market as well as providing a fantastic holiday home.

We will show you properties that match your budget and our prices include the majority of agency fees with only an additional £ 400 required to cover the legal registration of the property.

We want to make the buying process as stress free as possible and will keep you informed at all stages on the progress of the sale. If you purchase a property  off-plan we will provide regular progress photographs by e-mail. We can also look after your property while you are not there and arrange to rent it for you if you wish.
