At Trust Property Network we understand that owners of property in Turkey want to enjoy using their property without the worry of how to keep their property in the best possible condition while they are not in Turkey. We have a list of services available that will give you peace of mind that your property is being properly looked after and that when you come on holiday the property will be cleaned and prepared for your stay and you can relax and enjoy your holiday.
The services that we can offer are as follows:
Sales and Rentals :
At Trust Property Network we aim to help you find a property that meets
your requirements whether it be an apartment or a villa, as holiday home or as a long term investment. We will select the properties that most closely match your needs and allow you time to inspect them properly without the hard-sell tactics of some agents.
We will collect you at the airport and provide suitable accommodation for your inspection trip that will be free of charge once you decide to buy one of our properties.
When you have found your dream home we can help you to furnish and equip it and then rent it out if you wish. We advertise our properties through several major travel and letting agencies and on our own website which produces consistent results.
We will, of course, handle all the details on your behalf including transfers and cleaning.
Property Management :
This would include all aspects of the care and maintenance of your property.
We would visit your property and discuss what maintenance you wanted during the year and help you decide how to keep the property in good condition.
Typical packages would include
- Garden care to include weeding, grass cutting, pruning and watering as required.
- Property maintenance which could include care of the swimming pool, airing of your home to avoid damage from damp and regular checks to ensure that the property was not damaged and organizing repairs as required.
- Handling the payment of bills and taxes as required.
- Sourcing of fixtures and fitting including all furniture, electrical goods and Satellite TV.
- Sourcing of workmen and securing competitive rates for repairs including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting.
Cleaning Services :
We can provide extensive cleaning services to suit your needs to include full cleaning of the property and laundry changes before and after visits. We can also organize for a cleaner to visit your property for cleaning during extended stays.
Transfer Services :
For your visit we can pick you up from the airport at Bodrum Milas and transport you directly to your home and take you back to the airport for your journey home. This service would cost £30 each way for Standard car but we can provide transport for larger groups as well.
Car Rentals :
We offer competitive rates for car rentals and can supply a range of vehicles from a compact car to a people carrier. Please check on availability and prices as these will vary depending on the season.
